PlantPal AI Care helps users identify plants, check visible plant health issues, manage care reminders, and ask plant care questions. This policy explains what data may be processed when you use the app.

Data We Process

• Plant photos you choose to capture or upload for identification or health checkups.
• Plant care questions and plant context you send to Plant Doctor.
• An anonymous user ID used to manage credits, free scans, and purchase crediting.
• Purchase transaction details needed to verify and credit in-app purchases.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide plant identification, plant health guidance, chat responses, credit accounting, purchase verification, and app functionality. We do not use plant photos, anonymous user IDs, or purchase data for advertising tracking.

On-Device Data

Saved plants, care history, reminders, and locally stored plant photos are designed to remain on your device unless you choose to send a photo or question for AI analysis.

Third-Party Services

The app may use backend and AI service providers to process requests, plus Apple In-App Purchase for optional credit purchases. Apple handles payment details; we do not receive your card number, bank account, or Apple ID payment information.
